Responsibility
Key Responsibilities,

•Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
•Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
•Provide weekly, monthly and periodic reports of sales progress over allocated projects.
•Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
•Responsible for all the marketing and sales activities aimed at fully developing the company's real estate products in Egypt.

Requirements
•Minimum 10 years of Experience.
•Strong and adaptable in character and to posses excellent leadership qualities.
•Excellent computer skills (MS office – E-mails).
•Team player.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Fluency in English.
•Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
