Responsibility
Key Responsibilities,

•Recruiting, screening and testing applicants according to manpower forecasting plan.
•Orientation of new employees, which foster positive attitude toward organization.
•Managing labor relations to maintain a high level of workforce participation, awareness and motivation.
•Observing diction of both managers & staff in order to submit periodical reports to the top management
•Performing appraisal process to determine proper annual increases and recognize work areas that may need training or development programs.
•Advising company's managers & supervisors regarding employment manpower related plans.
•Building qualifications inventories and personnel replacement charts to select candidates for promotion.
•Analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Making classification process to classify labors into levels upon work specialization & to put on an equal footing.
•Preparing, designing & updating all HR & personnel forms.

Requirements
•Minimum 10 years of Experience.
•Strong and adaptable in character and to posses excellent leadership qualities.
•Excellent computer skills (MS office – E-mails).
•Certificate in “Human Resources Management” from “THE AMERICAN UNIVERSITY”
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Fluency in English.
•Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
